I am a versatile designer, business minded thinker and leader with 13+ years of experience in many different areas of design. I specialize in driving business value, revenue and keeping things simple. I’m continuing to learn how to develop design teams and individuals to understand where design and business value intersect. I currently do freelance and spend every Thanksgiving morning producing the North Texas Turkey Trot to benefit the Miracle League of Frisco.

Currently the Sr. Manager of UX Design for our Consumer Solutions product division. Our division offers several SaaS products for the multi-family industry to capture, manage and convert prospects into leasing renters. I currently find myself doing one of several things that include:
Lead user experience strategies and design projects across several SaaS products.
Lead lean design integrations for new features and products from several Merger & Acquisitions.
Manage and coach a team of designers to better understand how design can influence business value, increase revenue and lower expenses for RealPage and RealPage clients.
Accomplishments:
Increased revenue by 20% year over year in our website product offering. With leading designs that have higher conversation rates than our competitors.
Created a new product (On-Call Tours) to allow prospects to tour & lease apartments virtually during COVID. All while helping clients reduce business cost during COVID.
Lead design and strategy for a new automated digital marketing tool (FLEX) that increased client spend and lowered implementation cost for RealPage.
Lead strategy and experience for a new CMS Admin. This major redesign, when launched, will put all the editing, self-service set up and website implementation into the RealPage client’s hand. This will allow for RealPage to start billing clients sooner, lower implementation time by 60 days and create a market leading CMS platform for the multi-family industry.
Lead designer for our new HaaS (Hospitality as a Service) application that will launch in June 2021.

2013 - 2015
As Creative Lead, I lead strategic and focused B2B marketing campaigns that drove new revenue for ReachLocal. This included several online lead gen tools and capture technologies to increase leads, bring brand awareness to SMB owners and help educate SMB owners on the importance of digital marketing
Assisted in designing a new digital billing and contract on-boarding solution for sales and new clients.
Accomplishments:
Lead designer that oversaw the creative and development teams to launch a new ReachLocal.com. Successfully managed design to development in 6 months by completing design and development milestones in 2 week sprints. We successfully created a site that for the first time was able to handle both North America and International marketing.
Lead designer on a go to market strategy to launch a new product over a period of 3 months. This included a robust drop email marketing campaign, high end direct mail piece, several small digital marketing campaigns placed in vertical specific areas and creative design for the product website.
Lead creative and managed the first ever, full scale marketing campaign for ReachLocal. A 6 month strategic campaign that included the development of a campaign microsite, directing videos, digital marketing and email marketing. This campaign was performed with $1,000 dollars total and generated over 500 new leads from inbound marketing. 5 new clients who's average spend was $2,500 for minimum of 6 months.

Lead creative strategies with a team of designers to support marketing initiatives and drive participant registration by 18% year over year.
Accomplishments:
Started and developed a design internship program for college students to understand how design and business go hand in hand.
Reduced marketing expenses by 5% overall by implementing and building a custom marketing platform that included 32 race websites, lead capturing CRM and email marketing tools.
