• Any multifamily resident in the USA who is required by their property owner to use ActiveBuilding for their resident portal.

• Future audience could would be any person who wants to book an apartment Airbnb style for their next trip.

Challenge

Design an experience that allows a resident to book a home sharing apartment for their next vacation, work trip or stay-cation.

Outcome

This is currently under review and is anticipated to begin development by end of Q2 2021. We are currently running some user feedback and testing sessions with a small user group of RealPage. The goal is to launch this new feature by end of Q3 2021.
