Challenge
How do we create a 100% virtual and online experience that allows prospect/residents to tour and lease an apartment? How do we make that experience easy on the prospect? How do we give the leasing agent a face-to-face experience?

Outcome
On-Call Tour completed a 60 day beta with 5 key account clients and was released for general public April 2021. The goal was to launch an application that clients saw value in and product could execute development and integration of the product.
